Tonight at LYC we will be having our Opening Dinner.
Chef Randall has a great menu prepared and we have a good number of people that have reserved their seats.
Starting at 6pm with hor d'oeurves and then dinner will start at around 7pm.

Baby Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese & Toasted Pecans, Roasted Red Peppers and served with a Orange Vinaigrette
or
Cauliflower Roasted Garlic and Blue Cheese Soup
ENTREES
Baked Salmon with Lemon Basil Hollandaise
or
Chicken Cordon Bleu with Gruyere Parma Ham and Chardonnay Dijon sauce
(Both served with Roasted Baby Red Potatoes and Asparagus )
For Dessert Chef Randall has Lemon Almond Pound Cake with Strawberry Coulis & Fresh Cream made just today!
We are also pleased to have joining us tonight some folks from Able Sail Canada and Able Sail Nova Scotia. They are here today and tomorrow training those that want to be able to work with folks who may have a disability that would like to sail. A truly great program.
