As a member or guest of the Lunenburg Yacht Club you are expected to comport yourself with the highest level of sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play, and good behavior on & off the water.
To achieve this, we ask you to:

• Sail for fun and the love of the sport.
• Respect others on your crew and competing crews.
• Show good sportsmanship, discipline, confidence and self-control.
• Be a team player – learn the rules and play by them.
• Appreciate the contribution each person makes.
• Always be a good sport and set a positive example for others, particularly younger sailors.
• Watch your language and your tone!

LYC does not tolerate any form of bullying, be it based on ability, age, race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or socio-economic status. Non-compliance of this regulation will result in a possible suspension from the racing/OTW program, and the possibility that your membership will be revoked.
